Description10-481-113 ENERGY INVESTMENT ANALYSIS ...emphasis on financial analysis of energy projects, including simple payback and life-cycle cost analysis, time value of money, cash flow equivalence, cost-benefit analysis, tax credits, depreciation, inflation and/or escalating fuel costs on energy investments and cost estimating. (Prerequisites: 10-481-109, Commercial HVACR Systems Analysis; 10-481-111, Energy Control Strategies, 10-481-115, Lighting Fundamentals)
